1. Physical Product Order Cancellations
Orders for physical products may be canceled within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within this time window to receive a full refund.
Once an order has entered production or shipping preparation, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
2. Returns for Physical Products
Because most items are handmade and produced in small batches, we generally do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:
A replacement item, or
A refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Digital downloads
Custom or personalized items
Items damaged through normal wear or misuse
4. Digital Product Policy
All digital products, including crochet patterns and downloadable files, are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed due to the nature of digital content.
If you experience technical issues accessing your download, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Shipping Issues
TropiCrochet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing an order.
